Desiccated Carapace, Resilient Carapace, and Scarred Carapace are materials from Genshin Impact Ascension that can be used to upgrade the Light of the Leaf Slash and possibly other weapons and characters in the future. These can only be farmed from Consecrated Beasts, enemies that are native to the Hadramaveth Desert of Sumeru.

Hadramaveth desert
Above are all the places where you can find enshrined red vultures in the Hadramaveth desert. They are few and far between, but will typically drop multiple projectiles upon defeat, similar to Shadowy Husks.
Dune of Carouses
There is a single Consecrated Beast located below the Dune of Carouses.
How to defeat the Consecrated Beasts in Genshin Impact
Unlike hermits and mushrooms, Hallowed Beasts are tough enemies that require more brute force than usual to defeat. They are reminiscent of The Chasm’s Shadowy Husks in strength, so your scouting party for fun might have a bit of a hard time. If you want to farm quickly, make sure you take a stronger team ready for battle with you. Bringing in a shield or healer can also come in handy, though an AoE circle will usually spawn on the ground to help you dodge stronger attacks.
Upon defeat, Consecrated Beasts will drop multiple Random Stuffed Shells, Tough Shells, and Hard Shells.
