How to find the military base in Ohio
When appearing in Ohio, you should be somewhere near the gas station shown below, if not at the gas station. This location is the best starting point for finding the military base, so we definitely recommend being here first.
Once here, simply continue straight down the path to the left, being careful to avoid attacks from other players.

As you continue down the road, you should pass a cell phone store on your left.
After going up the hill just after this store, you should see the military base in front of you.
