Mary Elizabeth Winstead’s next movie, Star Wars Disney +, has been unveiled.
According to the report, the Birds of Prey star, who joined the cast of the next series earlier this year, is going to play The fan-favorite Hera Syndulla. This name is familiar to the fans of Star Wars Rebels, and it’s that character that plays an important role in the Disney XD series.
Though not too much about Winsteads portrayal, it is a big character in Star Wars. Hera played a major role in Star Wars: Rebels where she usually piloted the Ghost and pursued various missions against the Empire, which often could lead her to clash with characters like Grand Admiral Thrawn. She also appears in books and games, such as Star Wars: Squadron. Hera’s impact on the rebellion early days has risen well and is now a friend of Ahsoka in their history.
Rosario Dawson plays Ahsoka Tano in the limited season following her live-action debut in The Mandalorian.Ahsokais planned to continue the characters story. Tom is joining Dawson, with Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren and Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Ivanna Sakhno and Ray Stevenson.
The limited book is written by Dave Filoni, who plays executive roles with Jon Favreau and Kathleen Kennedy.
