You need to challenge the boss and wait for him to gain increased resistance against two different Elements, which happens after he unleashes a specific ability in battle. It is important pay attention to your screen throughout the battle and make sure don’t kill the boss too fastas it takes a while before the benefits kick in.

One of Aeonblight Drake’s abilities involves attacking you with a large amount of energy balls, which he can do both on the ground and while flying.
