    • Earn to Die Rogue is out now.
    • A side-scrolling driving and action game, it adds walking levels and more.
    • This is the first entry in the Earn to Die series since 2015.

Australian developers Nat Doppler have announced the release of their latest game in the Earn to Die series. Earn to Die Rogue comes close to a decade after the last entry in the series, and looks to be a throwback to the early days of mobile gaming in the best possible way. You can play it now on the iOS App Store or Google Play.

Unlike its predecessor, Earn to Die Rogue takes action both on and off the road by allowing you to explore extensive side-scrolling levels. Blasting zombies as you go, you’ll need to loot buildings for car parts and other loot to survive, allowing you to upgrade your personal vehicle of mass destruction. Help will come. You’ll have five cars at launch that can be upgraded from a regular muscle car to a van, taco truck and even a hovercraft. If you want to survive in Earn to Die Rogue, you’ll need to keep your wits about you, your shotgun in hand, and your pedal to the metal.

    Race of the Living Dead

Speaking of coincidences, a media piece based on an Ozzy vehicle wreck? It can’t be a coincidence that this is happening when a new Mad Max movie is coming out, maybe.

Regardless, like we said, Earn to Die Rogue looks like a throwback to the early days of mobile gaming at its best. Side-scrolling action with physics-based driving, the constant need to upgrade yourself and your car to take on stronger enemies, and the simple joy of being able to cut down hordes of the undead. Available.
