Hunter’s Remembrance is a new quest in Destiny 2 Season of the Witch that rewards you greatly with an Exotic weapon: the Hawkmoon Exotic Hand Cannon. The quest is quite simple and straightforward, and should not take you long to complete. I’ll explain below the steps you need to complete this quest.
How to get the Hawkmoon Exotic in Destiny 2
To do this quest, speak with Petra Venj in The Dreaming City. You need to have at least 900 level and head to The Shattered Throne dungeon, where you will fight three Taken enemies: a Minotaur in Erebus, a Captain in The Descent, and an Ogre in Eleusinia.

The Minotaur in Erebus will stomp on you, so be careful to dodge him every time he does. The Captain in the Descent teleports around you, but so as long as you’re aware of where he is, you should have no issues overcoming him. Meanwhile the Ogre in Eleusinia moves slowly; keep your distance from it and you’ll be able to end this quest with ease. Using a Void weapon and dodging their attacks will make matters even easier.
Once done, return to Petra Venj to complete the quest and get the Exotic Hawkmoon Hand Cannon.
