Professional Baseball Team Spirit Manager is an upcoming baseball sim set in Korea.

    gave 2024 Play X4 Korea recently launched the B2B event for the year with several developers showcasing their upcoming projects. Greybits, a recently formed studio with veterans who have worked on games like MLB Perfect Innings, is also part of the show. He has announced his upcoming title, Professional Baseball Team Spirit Manager.

    Team Spirit Manager is a baseball sim for Android and iOS, which will be centered around the Korean baseball organization. The studio aims to create a simple, yet immersive experience for sports fans. All this will be created using a state-of-the-art simulation engine with a realistic highlights system that promises a fun ride.

    The title doesn’t require a lot of grinding or endless hours of play and is designed to fit into your schedule. It moves away from control-based mechanics and opts for a more idle approach that maximizes the convenience factor. You can jump in and out of the game at any time because you’re confident that progress will continue in the background.

    Visual Team Spirit Manager will have a unique aspect as it follows a more TV broadcast style, in which you can catch all the action like run downs, wild pitches, and passed balls like in real life. Real game situations will also be added to the sim to make the whole experience more engaging.

    An official release will still be a while since the game is only about a third of its way through development. It will be released first in Korea, followed by other baseball-oriented countries such as Taiwan, North America, and Japan.

    As of now, Professional Baseball Team Spirit Manager is targeting a January 2025 launch in Korea, followed by international expansion.
