The wildly attractive animated film Spider-Man: From the Spider-Verse gives us some very interesting characters. One especially striking variant is Spider-Man Noir, played by a talented Nicolas Cage. The actor recently released an update about Spider-Man Noir for the sequel Spider-Man: Across Spider-Verse.

Nicolas Cage is not going to play Across the Spider-Verse as a comic book.

Unfortunately, the actor and his character won’t appear in the next movie, called Across the Spider-Verse. The story appeared to Cage telling The Old Way, and the film featured the character Rants.

I have to ask for Sony. “You may never return to the monochromatic Spider-Man, but I’ll have to ask him.” “I don’t know what’s going on with that. Nobody has spoken to me about that. Ask them. I don’t know. I really don’t. I wish they’d done.

Cage loves this Spider-Man character and is interested in reexamining its role in the future. I also love Spider-Man noir, continues Cage. I think that is a great character. Spider-Man is the coolest superhero. Once you are combined with Cagney and Bogart and Edward G. Robinson, come on, it’s a great character.”

Cage doesn’t know why Spider-Man noir isn’t returning for the sequel.

Spider-Man Noir is a human being who was introduced in the first movie alongside Gwen Stacy Spider-Gwen. We were older Peter B. Parker, Spider-Ham and Peni Parker (aka SP//dr). The multiverse Spider-team helps Miles Morales with his powers and ultimately defeats the Fisk, which means “Kingpin”.

Are the Spider-people from Into the Spider-Verse returning in the sequel?

Spider-Ham, Peni Parker, and Spider-Man Noir are clearly absent in the trailer for the sequel.

Sony recently released a trailer for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. It featured many new Spider-people. We only see Gwen Stacy and Peter B. Parker in the trailer for the sequel. Spider-Gwen will serve as Miles Morales love interest, while Peter B. Parker is helping the teenager superhero.

Spider-Man Noir, Spider-Ham and Peni Parker are noticeable absent in the new trailer. The trio of Spider-people was instrumental in the first movie and would’ve been cool if they returned in the sequel. However, since Cages confirms that he isn’t returning as Spider-Man Noir, we’re likely to see both Spider-Ham and Peni Parker coming back.

Another theory for the original members who won’t return is that The Spot reshaped their Spider-Verse, causing the collapse with his powers. He has the potential to travel across the polyverse by focusing on dark matter. Miles Morales may be trying to rescue them in the sequel, but will be in conflict with other Spider-people, as it may be possible that Spider-Verse would displace it.

There are lots of new Spider-people besides the ones who are from the original movie. Spider-Man 2099, Spider-Woman, Peter Parker and Miles Morales from the Insomniac Games, and a number of other variants will make their debut in the sequel.

Spider-Man: If you look at the Spider-Man on June 2-2023, it will be all around theater.
