Marvels Spider-Man 2 plays PlayStation 5 Next Autumn
Spider-Man 2 is in preparation for the Autumn release window, the developer said.
That said, some rumblings have revealed that Marvels Spider-Man 2 will release in the summer of 2023. Since it has been removed, one writer supposedly posted a release window on his personal website. Afterwards, through the PlayStation Blog, Insomniac confirmed that its intentions are to make a fall/autum release.
The developer, most of all, is still very doubtful what will the Marvels Spider-Man sequel offer. Since New York is a home of Spider-Mans, you’ll probably see some familiar sights, though the map might be a little bigger than last time. We hope we can go on the road to the Statue of Liberty, the sequel which officially hasn’t got any limits in Marvels Spider-Man.
You only had one trailer so we had confirmed that Venom will be one of the big bads. And, if you go and make the narration, the Hunter will turn up. With two Spider-Men Peter Parker and Miles Morales it seems reasonable to get to play as both.
We certainly have an idea of this web-swinging sequel, given how much we liked the original. In our review of the PS4 version we called it the best Spider-Man game. Yes, even though there is no Bruce Campbell in that. The game has been played to the PlayStation 4 and PC, along with an independent expansion to Marvel Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
So, right, there’s a while to wait for Marvels Spider-Man 2, exclusive to the PlayStation 5. Hopefully Sony will have sorted out its console supply issues by then. In the meantime you can get the original PS4 for at least 50 off at the PlayStation Store.
