If not us, then who? is a Genshin Impact Wonders of the World achievement that can be obtained by collecting the letters of The Fatui in The Chasm. It’s tied to a hidden exploration objective that involves finding four of Fatui’s Action Logs, which also give you more context about the fate of the people who were trapped in The Chasm’s underground mines.
Before you begin, make sure you have access to The Chasm: Underground Mines, which is unlocked after completing the World Quest called The Chasm Spelunkers.
Where to find all of Fatui’s action logs in The Chasm in Genshin Impact
To get the hidden achievement called If Not Us, Then Who?, you need to read four Fatui Action Logs scattered throughout the underground mines of The Chasm in any order. You will not get any quest items or indicators of your progress.
Fatui Stock Registry: Part I
Head to the southern Teleport Waypoint in The Chasm: Main Mining Area. You will immediately see a cave that will take you further to the southwest, where the arrow in the image above is pointing. Follow the path until you see a large clearing.
You’ll see the iconic shop used by the Fatui throughout Teyvat. Zoom in to find two boxes to your left. interact with the bright spot in leftmost box to read Fatui’s Record of Actions: Part I.
Fatui Stock Registry: Part II
Head to the Teleport Waypoint northeast of Stony Halls. You will find a giant crater up ahead. Your goal is to glide to where the arrow in the image above is pointing, which is essentially the southwestern part of the map (don’t jump into the crater).
Once you’re on the other side, follow the path to the area guarded by a Pyro Abyss Mage. You may have to defeat it since you can’t interact with items when it’s targeted by an enemy. You’ll also find a ton of oozing Concretions inside.
Head further into the room, where you will find a box with a bright spot. Interact with him to read Fatui’s Action Log: Part II.

Fatui Stock Registry: Part III
Head to the Teleport Waypoint south of the underground channel, then glide over to the cracked wall that the arrow in the image above is pointing to.
Follow the path forward until you see the shallow water connected to the waterfall. You will see that there is a hidden path under the broken path. Go below and follow the path until you reach a dead end.

Fatui Stock Registry: Part IV
The last record is the easiest to find. Head to the Teleport Waypoint in The Glowing Narrows and keep going straight, towards the area marked on the map above. you will find an abandoned Fatui camp with a bright spot. Interact with him to read Fatui’s Action Log: Part IV.
