There are 30 medallions to collect in Rogue Prince of Persia, some hidden beyond the puzzles. I will explain where to find each Medallion so you can complete your Medallion collection in Rogue Prince of Persia.
Where to find each medallion in The Rogue Prince of Persia
This list contains the locations of each medallion in Rogue Prince of Persia. They are ordered by those that are available from the beginning, those that can be purchased in Paachi, and the remaining ones that must be found in specific areas of the map before becoming available.
Medallions available from the beginning
The following medallions are available from the beginning of the game.

| bloody loot | Do the following when an enemy dies: Level 0: Earn 5 gold coins. Level 1: Earn 10 gold coins. Level 2: Earn 15 gold coins. |
| health insurance | Do the following when spending gold: Level 0: Restores 0.5 health points per gold piece. Level 1: Restores 0.75 health points per gold piece. Level 2: Restores 1 point of health per gold piece. |
| Ranged Flaming Counterattack | After taking a hit, do the following. Level 0: Restores 20 energy points. Level 1: Restore 20 energy points and earn 30 gold coins. Level 2: Restores 20 energy points, gains 30 gold, and sets the attacker’s area on fire. |
| Restorative Sleep Fragment | Do the following after discovering a new Well of Dreams: Level 0: Restores 60 health points. Level 1: Restores 70 health points. Level 2: Restores 80 health points. |
| Shield Breaker | Deals 50% additional damage to shielded enemies. Level 1: Also restores 25 energy points. Level 2: Also restores 50 energy points. |
| poison game | Do the following when hitting an enemy from behind: Level 0: Deals 20 additional damage. Level 1: Deals 20 additional damage and restores 30 energy points. Level 3: Deals 20 additional damage, restores 30 energy points, and releases a cloud of poison. |
| Court vault | Throw daggers at nearby enemies, dealing 40 damage after jumping on them. |
| Spartan | Restores 15% of your energy points when a kicked enemy hits an obstacle. |
| sticky dive | Spreads resin on the ground after performing a dive attack. |
| sticky kick | Spreads resin on the ground after kicking an enemy. |
| sticky vault | In Level 1spread resin on the ground after the vault. |
| toxic projectile | In Level 2creates a cloud of poison after hitting a distant enemy. |
| toxic shock | Do the following when an enemy hits an obstacle after being kicked: Level 0: Restores 30 energy points. Level 1: Restores 30 energy points and creates poisonous gas. |
| vampire death | Do the following every time you kill an enemy: Level 0: Restores 30 energy points. Level 2: Restores 30 energy points and 10 health points. Level 3: Restores 30 energy points and 15 health points. |

Medallions found in equipment chests.
These medallions can only be unlocked by finding them in an equipment chest. Each Medallion will have the location it is located in included after its description. Please note that these chests may also contain new weapons and tools, so it may take a couple of tries to get the medallions.
