Retry the connection
While this may seem obvious, retrying to connect to the XDefiant servers may allow you to avoid this error, especially if the problem is actually the servers. While there is no “retry” button explicitly present, simply pressing confirm will retry the connection for you.
Restart XDefiant
Sometimes a clean reset can solve even the most annoying problems. Considering how annoying this nasty error is, restarting may be enough. Sometimes your game client is simply not updated and that may be a reason why you cannot connect to the servers. A reboot should prompt an update if there is one, but even if not, there’s no harm in trying.

Unfortunately, if you’ve reached this point and are still seeing the UNIFORM-01 error, you’ll need to wait for Ubisoft to fix the issue. The good news is that if you are here, the problem likely has nothing to do with you and all you need to do is be patient. Don’t worry. Ubisoft won’t let this bug last long because it prevents players from playing their new game. What gaming company wants that?
