A detailed guide on how to complete the achievement for Blade Assault. Some more complex achievements include a personalized spreadsheet to track progress.

    How to get all achievements

    Introduction

First time making an achievement guide, but thought I’d make one since there isn’t one in this game, not even Russians or anything. And I’m always making good use of others’ acquisition guides so it would be nice to contribute back.

Also some of the achievements in this game are a bit complicated and need to keep an eye on a few things to know what you are missing. So I made myself a spreadsheet while working on them and added a few more to share here with other bounty hunters.

    Blade Assault Achievement Checklist

Just click on the link to view the sheet and make your own copy. Go to File > Make a Copy.

I’ve added a little table on the side to show how much progress you’re losing in the respective achievements, and a reset button for the checkboxes to make it easier to start over. You’ll notice that Zett’s area is blank, that’s because they didn’t include an achievement for him, but I included his section anyway because one, he filled some space on the sheet, And two, if anyone wants to keep an eye on it. Anyway

    General

Which you will find naturally or working towards other people.

    An unfamiliar roof

    • Wake up in Hank’s room after falling from Esperanza.

Unacceptable, get it early in the game.

    A familiar roof

    • Wake up in Hank’s room after your first death.

I am sure you will see it soon.

    The Human Capybara

    • Maximize the friendship level of all resistance members.

A game changer in his ability to clear runs well. Food, Jenny, and Hank are a good start.

    Jack’s disciple

    • Upgrade all passives taught by Jack to max level.

It’s a little while but it will come in time.

    Provi Sage

Naruto reference, pog. To do this you need the Convey ability on Jenny, and level her up until she can summon Jira. The chain and sickle will need to level Convene anyway.

    The owners

Pretty self-explanatory, you unlock them the first time you defeat each boss. Some points are included below.

Do you know a priest who lost his name?

    • Chapter 1 Defeat the boss, Mack.

Simple and straightforward combat. Wait for the explosions to pass.

    Ratmutton Joe

    • Defeat the Chapter 2 boss, Ratmoton.

Can only jump up to avoid his slams. Multi-dash will help avoid bombs, and Jenny’s range allows to attack during a poison attack.

    Itsy Bitsy Spider

    • Chapter 3 Defeat the boss, Charlotte.

Very easy, can ignore the eggs and just hit them with the other hand. Avoid touching acidic floors.

    A man-eating plant

    • Chapter 4 Defeat the boss, Plantos.

A fun challenge. See the threat warning for bull wave attacks. Can go left, right, or all together.

    The Robot Collector

    • Defeat the Chapter 5 boss, Cyclops.

Easy, but can’t be hit by ground target attacks.

    Bizzzzz!

    • Chapter 6 Commander, defeat Elektra.

Hard to hit with ground target attacks and short range. Shock immunity will help.

    Ruler of the floating city

    • Chapter 6 Defeat the boss, Pinus.

Doesn’t move much, just massive wave attacks. Replaces at half health and becomes close range.

    Pinus identification

    • Defeat Oranos, the final boss of Chapter 6.

The easiest boss. Just stand on the spot in front of it and get devoured. Staying close enough avoids the giant laser beam.

    Attack Level

These achievements are for defeating the campaign at the corresponding attack level. Essentially New Game+, appears at the top right of the screen and adjusts to exit as well as NPC. If you struggle, try playing with Inquisition or Sidewinder and use Great Thunderbolt or Bone Chill cover.

    Resistance recruitment

    Experienced rebel.

    A fierce rebel.

    Resistance veteran

    Grinding part

Well that’s why I had to create the spreadsheet I linked to at the beginning of the guide.

There are tons of things to get and upgrade and none of them have a game record. I tested it myself but you really have to upgrade the main weapon core and get every level of elixir for their achievements.

    Cover

Definitely try the basic reroll skill in the skill tree, can help a lot. The first thing to note is that you have to upgrade as many main weapon cores as possible to unlock them. This is because each upgrade is treated as a separate cover in your inventory. Second, you won’t get certain covers unless you meet certain requirements. As such you won’t be able to see half the crew if you don’t have crew cover which allows you to chill and/or freeze enemies. Also you can’t get a Shock Grenade: Spread if you don’t have a Shock Grenade, or a Freeze Spear if you don’t have a Frost Arrow. It took a little longer for me to get something until I realized it.

    Shock therapist

    • Get all types of electric covers.

Get each unique Electric Core once, including upgrading the Main Weapon Core.

    Ice cold baby

    • Get all types of crew covers.

Get each unique crew cover once, including upgrading the main weapon cover.

    Pyromaniac

    • Get all types of ignition covers.

Get each unique ignition core once, including upgrading the main weapon core.

    weapon

These are unlocked by maxing out each unique upgrade for each weapon. Not the passives you spend chips on. Hank upgrades will help you reduce the need because you can reload his selection with the Give Up button in the menu until you find what you want.

    Who’s laughing now?

    • Upgrade Kill’s weapon. [Destroyer] From Lv.5.

Top Blade is quite fun and very effective when paired with Furious Wave.

    No one expects this!

    • Upgrade Kill’s weapon. [Inquisitor] From Lv.5.

    The vortex is op.

    It’s a machine gun!

    • Upgrade Kill’s weapon. [Evil Hunter] From Lv.5.

Worst weapon, but has some fun moments.

    Demon Warrior

    • Upgrade Darcy’s weapon. [Silence] From Lv.5.

I think Odachi has a really great potential, it feels like otherwise ♥♥♥♥.

    Chain and sickle

    • Upgrade Jenny’s weapon. [Sidewinder] From Lv.5.

Strong with no skills with passive minis. Regardless, he has a lot of skills.

    Gears

This is likely to take the most time. Not even because there are 111 different gears, but because Active rarely comes on. I went through everything else, probably through 100 runs and only showed active 8 times. Bad rng on actives or elixirs can really add to the time it takes. Take care of all the risque gears in one easy swoop by visiting Sophia’s well-stocked range to buy all 7 at once.

    Spy Gadget

    • Get all kinds of gears.

Get every unique gear once, including every level of Risk Gear, Drones, Gambit, Dice, and Elixir.
