The Rocket Arena will close in March.

    Rocket Arena, the multiplayer rocket-propelled shooter developed by First Strike Games as an EA Originals title, was pulled from sale last month without warning or explanation, as reported Is. Rock Paper Shotgun. Now, nearly a month later, First Strike Games has announced that Rocket Arena will shut down and its servers will shut down in March.

    More specifically, Rocket Arena will end on March 21, 2024 at noon PT/3 pm ET. Because, the team doesn’t really address it in their announcement but most likely, it has lost the number of players it needs to maintain. Its live service, multiplayer model.

    “It is with a heavy heart from all of us at FSG and EA to inform you that Rocket Arena will be shutting down and the servers will be shut down. [March 21, 2024]”D Announcement reads “We can’t thank you all enough for playing Rocket Arena and supporting us on this journey. We’re excited to bring people around the world three and a half years since Rocket Arena launched in July 2020. Enjoyed it.

    “Since then, there have been knockouts, megablasts, rocketball goals, megarockets caught, and coins collected. We are continually impressed by the kindness, care and compassion shown by the Rocket Arena community. are.”

    The announcement continued, thanking the community for its great input over the years, before revealing “Sunset Community Events.” You can view the full list of events and content changes before the game closes. Herebut this includes the removal of Rocket Arena’s early season content and paid bundles in the store.
