The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will be released exclusively on Nintendo Switch on May 12, 2023. In this sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Links adventure will also take place in the sky above the vast lands of Hyrule.
This game was developed because the team couldn’t use all of the planned ideas for free in Breath of the Wild. The new elements include floating islands above Hyrule, and players can hover between them in a similar style to The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
