Old School RuneScape has some pretty expensive items, which makes sense when you consider that the game has been around almost since our current century. Below we’ve rounded up the most valuable items that can be found on the Grand Exchange.
The Most Expensive Items in Runescape
1. Senior Citizen Peak
Cost: 2,147,483,647
One of the reasons the Elder Pickaxe is the most valuable item on this list is because it cannot be crafted by any skill. It’s possible to get it from Treasure Trails, but other than that, it’s a tough find. To wield the pickaxe, you’ll need 65 attack and at least 61 mining if you plan on using it against any ore.
2. Druidic Robe of the Third Age
Cost: 1,618,174,476
Another Treasure Trails reward, the Druidic Robe Top is a rare gift that requires the player to have at least 65 prayers in order to don the robe. It can offer the highest prayer bonus of any chest item.
3. Shadow of Tumeken (no charge)
Cost: 1,328,629,089
The only way to get Tumeken’s Shadow is through a drop in the Tombs of Amascut. It comes with a magic spell that will give the player +2 magic experience for every damage dealt, but it cannot be used to autocast other combat spells. You will need 85 magic to wield this.
4. Twisted bow
Cost: 1,265,056,806
Once your ranged level is at least 85, look for this reward in the Vaults of Xeric. This bow will shoot any type of arrow and is especially effective against strong magic monsters.
5. Elderly Druidic Robe Bottom
Cost: 1,257,707,953
Like the top in point two, the Elder Druid Robe bottoms require at least a level 65 prayer to wear. They offer a +6 to prayer.

6. Arc of the Third Age
Cost: 787,342,934
The Elderly bow cannot be made with the feather skill and you will need at least a level 65 ranged skill to wield this bow. That being said, if you get this bow as a Treasure Trails reward, either elite or master, you will be able to shoot any type of arrow (even dragon) with the same speed as a short bow.
7. Elysian Sigil
Cost: 771,218,214
Although it only costs 1,500,000 coins to make the Elysian Sigil if you are level 90 in Prayer, level 85 in Blacksmithing, and all the necessary parts, the Elysian Sigil is also offered as a drop from the Corporeal Beast.
8. Druid Cloak of the Third Age
Cost: 749,197,018
The Elderly Druidic Cloak requires a level 65 Prayer, but offers the same prized bonuses as the Attire Cloaks. Plus, the robes look pretty nifty on anyone who wears them.

9. Shield of the Elysian Spirit
Cost: 602,439,871
The Elysian Spirit Shield is a bit complex to make, which partly explains why it’s such a prized item for players. If you are level 75 defense and prayer then try to get this spirit shield which will give you strong melee and ranged defense bonuses.
10. Torva Plate Body
Cost: 415,765,132
The Torva Plate Corps gives you the strongest Strength bonus of all Corps gear and as such requires 80 Defense to use. This platebody also offers Zarosian protection when inside God Wars Dungeon.
11. Masori Armor Set
Cost: 406,207,265
Masori armor sets come with a Masori mask, body, and chaps for your character to wear. Combining three desirable items certainly increases the price of an item, thus completing our list of the most expensive items in Old School RuneScape.
