Eiichiro Oda, the author of One Piece, has created new character and monster designs for the game, so you know it will be faithful to the manga. Luffy will be separated from his crewmates and even lose his straw hat in what appears to be an iceberg accident. This is a completely original story that is canon, so anyone who wants to learn more about the history of One Piece should look into this game. Besides Luffy, you can also play as Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, Robin, Frankie, and Brook!
