By Thilo Bayer (12/21/2022 at 4:41 p.m.) Sadly, a large number of processors with RCD 5000 and RCD 7000 are being sold. Some of the prices were even historically low.

Following the price reductions for the Ryzen 5000 and Ryzen 7000 family, which AMD described as temporary, we will be looking at the situation on the market shortly before Christmas.

Intel and Ryzen 5000 analyzed the results.

In the top 10 CPUs in the PCGH price comparison, relatively little has changed in recent weeks. The Ryzen 7 5800X3D with an additional 3D stack cache is still enthroned at the top. In this case the best price is 365 euros and has even risen slightly. On the other hand, the current price of other eight-core Cent 3: Ryzen 7 5700X (198 euros at Mindfactory) and Ryzen 7 5800 (228 euros at Mindfactory) are historically low. Three of the top five CPUs are Ryzen 5000, which is certainly nothing less than a coincidence.

Intel actually gets two points in the top 5 with the Raptor Lake generation. The Core i5-13600K has become steadily cheaper in the past few weeks and currently stands at around 349 euros (Mindfactory). As for Core i7-13700K, the curve is pointing towards a low end. It costs about 442 euros at the moment (too Mindfactory). Both CPUs started at the end of October for 399 and 539 euros respectively. The Core i5-12400F is highly regarded once again with a price reduction. Mindfactory is currently charging almost 165 euros. It’s not without reason that this should be all that high as Mindfactory calls for the Ryzen 5 5600X a 168 Euro price.

    Ryzen 7 5800x3D?

    What does Ryzen 7000 do?

And where is the guard 7000 Ryzen? Only two new Zen 4 CPUs are appearing in the top 10 at Geizhals. That is the most exciting, the Ryzen 7 7700X, offered by Mindfactory for 365 euros. Yes, that’s exactly the price that you ask for the 5800x3D. A value of 479 euros was once the RRP. If the Ryzen 5 7600X fails, which is currently 267 euros (Mindfactory) is worth mentioning. The RRP was once 359 euros. The 12-core Ryzen 9 7900X at Mindfactory is just over 500 dollars at $495, the 12-core Ryzen 9 7950X at Mindfactory is just below the magical 600 mark of 604 euros.

How is the current price for CPUs being improved? If you don’t have a website yet, you might want to register, so it can be a benefit for many.
