MSI used CES 2023 to showcase the new B760 motherboards aimed at mainstream market. They offer an LGA1700 socket that allows 12th and 13th generation Intel Core processors. In addition to the MPG, the model is adapted from PRO to MAG. You will be able to forget about overclocking the CPU but not overclocking the memory.

Besides the Gaming section, there are a number of PRO motherboards for home or office computers, with support for DDR4 and DDR5 versions. The motherboard of PRO B760M-A WIFI (DDR4) is in Micro-ATX format and the computer of PRO B760P (DDR4) is in classic-style ATX format. Among the main features of the patented BIOS B760 are a 12-phase power switch and a full PCIe 4.0 lanes on PCIe and M.2 slots.

The MSI B760-TOMAHAWK and B760M-MORTAR are members of the MAG line. The companies are already aimed at gamers. The MAG B760 WIFI (DDR4) in black is the flagship of the MAG line, but MSI will release a white version of the MORTAR. The main PCIe x16 slot supports the PCIe 5.0 standard. Of 12 phases, MSI chose MOSFET 75A SPS (Smart Power Stages). The PCB is made up of six ounces of copper.

Finally, for demanding users, MPG is developed. For a compact system, EDGE stewards are very useful, such as the MPG B760 I EDGE WIFI (DDR4) for mini-ITX. Compared to the MM line, MSI has upgraded to 8-layer PCB and eight-phase with 90A MOSFET. Of course, MPB760 motherboards are made up of PCIe 5.0, which works on one PCIe x16 slot.

MSI announced that all WIFI models are equipped with a Wi-Fi6E module, and a dual-bit port will be built on the I/O panel. MSI hasn’t revealed yet a date for release or a price.
