Selon rumors, we’ll see the Iron Man actor again in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Will this saga show off the end of the Multiverse genre?
It seems that the deal with the actor is already done. Robert Downey was said to be the cast of Avengers: Secret Wars. However, it’s still unclear what role he’s going to play in this. It’s very likely that it’ll have something to do with Iron Man. Perhaps an old variant might be available for another multiverse. We’ll be getting the answer somewhere soon. The theatrical release of Secret Wars is currently scheduled for May 1st 2026.
