Wuthering Waves is a beautifully developed game that has been extensively tested by players around the world. But it’s not uncommon to find a couple of mistakes along the way. If you’ve found a bug in WuWa, here’s how to report it.
How to make a bug report in Wuthering Waves
Before reporting a bug, make an extensive log of when and how you found it. Some bugs trigger only during certain events, so try to remember what quest or action you were doing and what time it happened to make it easier for the developers to identify the exact cause of the problem.
Also, take detailed screenshots (preferably not too cropped) or videos to help illustrate the situation. If your video attachment is too large, you can upload it to a platform (like Google Drive) and enter the link in the error description, but remember to check the sharing permissions beforehand.
Submit a report in-game
Head to the terminal by clicking the ESC button or the Rover icon at the top right of the screen. Click on Comment to access the customer service page. You can submit questions to the customer support team directly when you are online. Otherwise, please submit a ticket using the chat box options:
- Report – For bug reports and any other issues you may have encountered. No problem is too small to solve!
- Feedback: For any suggestions you may have to improve the WuWa experience.
- Payment and Purchase: A section dedicated to concerns about your current and potential purchases, currency conversions, etc.
File a report when you can’t enter the game.
In the event that your issue is preventing you from logging into the game, you can contact the customer support team directly through two means: the launcher or email.
If you managed to download WuWa but are having difficulty logging in, you can file a bug report through emergency customer support on the launcher. Click the headphones icon at the top right of the launcher to activate the error reporting page. Please note that this page is for bug reports only—If you want to submit comments, do so through the game ticket.
If you are unable to download the game, your last resort is to contact WuWa customer support directly via their official email: [email protected]. Try to include [Bug Report] in the subject line to make your concern easier to identify.
What type of bugs can be reported in Wuthering Waves?
You are free to report any problems you encounter while playing Wuthering Waves! In addition to any game-breaking bugs, you can also report graphical glitches, misspelled text, awkward grammar, jerky character movements, and anything else you think might have been an overlooked bug.
