HoYoverse has implemented strict criteria to evaluate applicants interested in testing the beta version of the next Genshin Impact update. Before signing up, make sure you qualify by meeting the following requirements:
- You must be a member of the Official Genshin Impact Discord channel. Make sure that your DMs are open for Paimon to contact you when you are chosen for the test.
- you must be upon 18 years old when applying.
- Must own a valid Government-issued identification, such as a passport or driver’s license, that contains the following information: your full name, a unique identification number, date of birth, and expiration date.
- You must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and present government-issued identification as part of the screening process.

How to Access the Genshin Impact Version 3.5 Beta Test Recruitment Form
Like other HoYoverse beta test offerings, you can get a spot in the Genshin Impact beta test for version 3.5 and be the first to enjoy the exciting update through a lottery system. Please be careful when completing the form as it cannot be edited if you make a mistake.
Please remember that only a select number of players who meet all of the above beta testing requirements and HoYoverse criteria will be chosen to participate. If you’re one of the lucky few chosen to participate, HoYoverse will be in touch via email or Discord DM. You will be forced to fill out a confidentiality agreement that prevents you from filtering content.
What if I am missing some requirements?
You can fill out the Genshin Impact beta test form even if you don’t meet some of the preliminary requirements, but you’re not likely to be chosen to access the test server.
