Before My Time is a Genshin Impact Wonders of the World achievement that can be obtained by opening the cabinet in the abandoned hospital in Dar al-Shifa. This area is located in the Sumeru desert, which you can head to via Caravan Rivat.
We also recommend playing Archon Quest Chapter III: Act IV – King Deshret and the Three Wizards. The second segment called Cry From the Eleazar Hospital will take you to Dar al-Shifa.
How to unlock the cabinet in the abandoned hospital in Dar al-Shifa in Genshin Impact
Start by heading to Dar al-Shifa via the nearby Teleport Waypoint, then head towards the area circled in the image above. Doing so will take you to the abandoned hospital. Going inside, you will immediately see a cabinet with a bright spot.
Remember this is the cabinet you need to unlock using a old key to get the Achievement. The ancient key is hidden in the basement, so jump through the crack in the floor.

Once you are in the basement, turn Correct to enter a long corridor with what looks like a room for patients who were affected by Eleazor.
You will discover that there is another corridor to the Correct. Go inside to find a special room with a bright investigate point. Interact with him to get the ancient key. Then head upstairs and open the cabinet with the Ancient Key, which will reveal a chilling diagnostic report implying that the human experiments took place underground. After reading it, you will get the hidden achievement called Before My Time.
