In attempting to play the game, FIFA 23 players on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 reported an SSL Connect error message.
The error stating Cannot communicate using SSL left users unable to step foot onto the virtual pitch. When this error arises on your screen, you will get a white screen, if it doesn’t do anything.
The cause of the error is known, and luckily, the solution is quite simple.
FIFA 23 – Using the SSL encryption solution found in the server.
This issue is because you don’t yet have the opportunity to link your origin account to your PSN. However, there is a solution simple, to fix the mistake.
You should go to the EAs website and log in using the Playstation Network details. You can take your origins to your PSN.
Here’s how you could do that:
- Go to EA.com.
- Click the person icon above the right of the website, then sign in.
- Login your PSN account with your email and password.
- Next, you’ll have to connect your Origin account and your PSN, click on the connect button.
- Once you’ve registered, click on the icon to become the new man, which will now be surrounded by the blue circle.
- Click Settings on Accounts and then Acceleration on Accounts.
- Check out the list of Playstation Network under Connections.
Once you’ve followed the steps, you’ll be able to play FIFA 23.
