Modus Games released a new trailer today for God of Rock, revealing the date for Spring 2023. A trailer gives us a better idea of how the game’s system works with rhythm mechanics, as you scold and face other rock icons on the grandest stage of them all. These devs give a bit of a brief introduction to everything you need to know about this one and how the experiences will not only change between fighters and the battles, but also between songs that you choose from. The mysterious God of Rock revived the world’s greatest musicians to make fun of their music. With new powers and new bodies, each musician will become a contestant on a global stage, fighting for musical supremacy on a global stage. God of Rock mixes rhythm-based gameplay with fighting game mechanics intense 1v1 matches. Choose from a dozen unique fighters each with its own design, mechanics and harmonic attacks. If you keep your opponent strong, you can use the same thing as normal moves. When you build a meter, you can start to beat the song, and then use the meter to blow up EX, and special moves can harm their tracks. Finish them off with a devastating Superattack! The music track will continue to grow at complexity and difficulty so that only one fighter is standing!
