    If you don’t live under the rock, you may also know the bitter situation between Apple and Epic Games, the company behind the famous Battle Royale online game, Fortnite.

    Forearms sell virtual artifacts in the game and Apple wants to get up to 50% of the proceeds. How much do you ask? Apple wants about 30%, but Epic Games aren’t having this.

    Epic Games says that apples move to get the cut down by 30% on all purchases constitutes a competitive behavior. Apple blames Epic Games for not wanting to ride on its platform. You caught up right now.

    After the whole feud ended, Apple shifted Fortnite to its store.

    This effectively cut off the 116 million users who only used Apple’s operating system for 73 million a year, excluding Fortnites.

    While Android does not allow users to install games from other sources like Google’s official store, Apples is close. That means Epic should look for another way into the ecosystem.

    Recent reports reveal that Fortnite was set to return to iPhones aboard the NVIDIA Cloud Gaming service, GeForce Now.

    This, not in the traditional app installation method, but through the browser of the devices. Many million Fornite gamers were told it was a good news on iPhones and iPads as long as they could play Fortnite again.

    There’s no date of release for this, but according to a BBC report, it was expected to arrive sometime in the winter. However, since 2020 is not the case, Fortnite users are unable to get to play their devices on iOS.

    In new reports, there are still some problems in implementing this service, and developers are working to enable a touch-friendly version of Fortnite on iOS. This could delay the available games.

    Apple and Epic Games are due to come up with a case much later, in May 2021. Because of this situation, it might take a long time to understand the problem, and before that, for Fortnite players on iOS are very unlucky.
