Fire Emblem Heroes Tier List: Best FEH Units

    Fire Emblem is a franchise that spans 16 games with nearly 600 overall playable characters. As such, it is not surprising that fire emblem heroes, their mega-crossover mobile game, has an equally intimidating number of units. It doesn’t help that many of them come in multiple versions (only Chrome has five).

    That’s why this tier list only contains the useful characters. If you take out Spring Xander, Mist, or any other units that aren’t here, feel free to let them collect dust.

    Some things you should know about Fire Emblem Heroes

    • First, starting stars don’t matter in FEH. You can easily level up from three stars to five stars with time and resources. Most importantly, the characters themselves have high basic stats and great abilities.
    • Second, the familiar FE triangle weapon system is still in place: red beats blue, blue beats green, and green beats red. However, FEH has added a fourth category of “Colorless” weapons. They are not strong or effective against the other three. Heroes with colorless weapons also gain useful abilities, such as poison, as they level up.
    • Finally, the easiest way to build decent teams is to unite units with the same types of movement, as many of their abilities work well together. For example, cavalry units often have enhanced abilities, making cavalry teams very durable. We’ve sorted this tier list by movement types for this reason.

    With all that said, here are all the FEH units you can invest in.
