    Mission preparation for patch 6.3

One thing you should definitely make sure you’ve done before patch 6.3 is to update yourself with all the various questlines that will be updated/continued. Here’s what you need to know to make sure you’ve done it:

    • Tataro’s great effort
    • Shadows of Mhach, Heavensward Alliance raids
    • Agalia alliance raid
    • All 6.2 MSQs
    • All Chronicles of a New Age missions

This is obvious with every patch and update, but you need to make sure your Tomestones are maxed out before patch 6.3 goes live. This stands for aal Allagan Tomestones of Poetics, Astronomy and Causality.

This is for a number of reasons, but mainly because we’ll be getting upgrades for crafted gear that will likely only be purchasable through Tomestones. We’ll also likely get another type of Tomestone in patch 6.4, so it’s best to make sure you stock up on Tomestones now and spend them when you can.

Grind Agalia Raid, Get Agalia Coins

The first 24-man Alliance raid on Endwalker was Agalia, and with it they dropped Agalia Coins. Agalia Coins, as of now, are exchanged to receive Radiant Roborant, Radiant Twine, and Radiant Coating, which are used to upgrade Radiant Armor (iLevel 590, same as Aglaia gear) to iLevel 605 Augmented Radiant Armor.

When Euphrosyneis launches in patch 6.3, these Agalia Coins and Euphrosyneis Coins will be used to purchase new increased armor, presumably at iLevel 630. Alliance Raids often act as “catch-up content” for players who might have missed out. 8 man raids or Extreme Content. As a result, you’ll want to save up nine Agalia Coins so you can start buying your augmented gear as soon as possible. Some of this has the potential to be Best in Slot (BiS) for patch 6.3 and beyond.

    Crafting and Harvesting

    • Paldao wood
    • rutilated quartz
    • ilmenite ingot
    • berry cloth
    • Titanoboa Leather
