Fiat announced Thursday (20) it is making a recall of cars of different lines. In this sense, the defect is related to the airbags manufactured by the Japanese company Tanaka. In general, these are the vehicles included in the service and the years related to this:

    Doblo (2016, 2017 and 2018), Fiorino (2017 and 2018); Grand Siena (2017 and 2018), Palio (2017); One (2017 and 2018).

In all, 86,329 cars have been left behind by the airbag defect. This is a lot more number than that of Honda, which had to recall more than 4,000 cars from four different lines in 2020. In 2021, GM identified the problem of exploding airbags and did the same thing, which on occasion affected more than 400,000 vehicles.

In this case, airbags of the mentioned Fiat cars may trigger degradation. This can occur amidst a bad weather. The inflatable deflagrapher can break in the event of a collision, scattering metallic pieces on the vehicle.

Since this debris dispersed, the car’s owners could suffer terribly serious or fatal injuries. So that Fiat began doing the services on the last day of the turn 19 to solve the problem. The repair is usually two hours.

Anyone who owns one of the cars mentioned, should look for a car to meet the needs of the dealership. It can be analysed and cleaned so that it can learn from the mechanic. Get more information by the automakers’ official website.
