How to use Nuke Codes in Fallout 76
You can get nuclear codes in Fallout 76 yourself by playing the game. To do that, play the Surveillance System Terminal missions to collect pieces of code for the selected silo. - While in the game, complete the Nuclear Card Escort Mission to get a nuclear card.
- Head to one of the silos (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie)
- When you get to a silo, find the nuclear terminal and use a nuclear card.

Why aren’t my Fallout 76 Nuke Codes working?
The main reason Fallout 76 nuke codes don’t work is that they are expired. Every week you need to use new codes for missile attacks. If you have active nuke codes and it’s still not working, check if you’ve made a typo. Other than that, there are no other reasons why nuke codes won’t work (unless the developers disable this option for some reason).
What happens when nukes are dropped in Fallout 76?
As soon as you enter the Fallout 76 nuke codes and launch a missile, a Death From Above mission will begin for all players on the map. It takes three minutes for a nuke to hit its target, so don’t rush to get to that area early. Wear invisible armor, a hazmat suit, or power armor to avoid radiation after the explosion. If you are shielded from radiation, you can now explore the nuclear zone.
