- Attack increases by sixteen/twenty/24/28/32%. When current HP increases or decreases, normal attack damage will increase by sixteen/twenty/24/28/32%, and the damage of the charged attack will increase by 14/17.5/twenty-one/24.5/28% for four seconds. Maximum three batteries. This effect can be activated once every 0.3 seconds. When the wielder has three stacks, the attack speed will increase by 8/10/12/14/sixteen%.

Who can use Cash Flow Monitoring in Genshin Impact?
Cash Flow Monitoring is an extremely specific catalyst as its passive requires the wearer’s HP to constantly rise and fall. However, Neuvillette is an HP-boosting unit that pairs best with his signature weapon, so Cash flow monitoring is only one viable option for Wriothesley.
