Little by little we are piecing together the puzzle that Treyarch is drip-feeding to the fanbase. It started with an unexpected teaser website, then quickly evolved as the first official trailer counts down to its release. One clear conclusion from this game of cat and mouse is that Saddam Hussein may be the main antagonist of Black Ops 6.

Twitter user Reality put together a neat collection of information based on all the breadcrumbs that were thrown up, as you can see below. The first is an image of the man himself: Saddam Hussein on the cover of the yet-to-be-released Black Ops 6 trailer; The second is an image inside an extravagant-looking building that appears to have housed a battlefield. Finally, the third image shows the coordinates of Saddam Hussein’s palace in Baghdad, Iraq.

Just to show how far fans and developers will go in this search for information: you can find the coordinates of Saddam Hussein’s palace in the thumbnail of the Black Ops 6 live-action trailer. After reading and analyzing this information on my own , I’m left with just one thought: Black Ops 6 is shaping up to be exactly what Call of Duty players needed. Let’s hope Activision hasn’t exhausted its last crumbs of goodwill.

I find myself trying to contain the hype that’s building as for the past three years there has been disappointment after disappointment from Call of Duty, but the promised land may be just around the corner.

Black Ops 6 is expected to launch later this year.

That’s all we have on Black Ops 6’s antagonist. If you’re looking for more Call of Duty content, check out CoD campaigns that aren’t what they used to be and new players are missing out, MW3 Zombies is the ‘hottest third mode’ yet, minimal planned content and more in Pro Game. Guides.
