Five-Star Light Cones will naturally provide the biggest boost to character stats, as they are rarer than most. Because the first Limited Five-Star Character is a Hunt Character, there are three Five-Star Hunt Light Cones to choose from. In the Night is meant for Seele and can only be obtained from the Limited Light Cone Event Warp. Sleep Like the Dead can be pulled from any Gacha Banner, and Cruising in the Stellar Sea can be obtained through gameplay in the Simulated Universe.

There are two Five-Star Light Cones you can get for Erudition Characters. The First is a Limited Light Cone meant to be paired with Jing Yuan called Before Dawn.
