Microsoft is a large company, so it’s natural to see occasional glitches in one of its systems. This is especially true on the Xbox 360, which Microsoft is phasing out support for in 2024. Still, are there any issues for the Xbox 360 right now? And how is it verified?
Are Xbox 360 servers down?
While the server status is very fluid, it is still useful to report any current outages or issues that users are experiencing. However, the status can change quickly, as most Microsoft outages are resolved relatively quickly. As of now, the following services for Xbox 360 are reported to be having issues:

How to check the status of the Xbox 360 server
Currently, the best way to check the server status of your Xbox 360 is through the Xbox status site run by Microsoft. This will change in 2024, when Xbox 360 consoles will no longer support servers. After that, there will be no way to check the status, since server support will not be active at all.
When do Xbox 360 servers shut down?
Microsoft eventually plans to close all support for Xbox 360 servers, but this won’t happen anytime in 2023. Those who are worried about the service ending in 2024 still have half of that year to prepare. The service for Xbox 360 servers through Microsoft will officially end on July 29, 2024. After that, there will no longer be server support for the Xbox 360 console.
