There is only one place you can catch Impidimp in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. That is tagtree thicket. Impidimp is not a rare spawn, but it is less common than other Pokemon that spawn here. Given enough time, you’ll come across one and be able to catch it. Alternatively, if you have a Morgrem or a Grimmsnarl, you can just breed it.
