Basic farming
Most of your farm is a crop field, 5 large beds of black soil for growing vegetables, flowers. The field will be cluttered with rocks, weeds and stumps. These obstacles will need to be cleared using your Pickaxe and Axe.
- Prepare the soil: Use a hoe to dig the soil into a 2×2 square.
- Plant the seed: Plant the seed by double-clicking the seed bag and selecting the ‘SOW’ process while standing on the field soil.
- Use the watering can: Use the watering can in the well in front of the store building.
- Refill the watering can: Drag the empty watering can to the well and drop it when you see the ‘Fill’ option.
- Water the seeds: Spray the seeds with water. Crops should be watered once a day. Watering crops a second time will not accelerate plant growth. Crops do not need to be watered during rainy days.
General Store: The general store is where you will go to get seeds, cooking ingredients and various supplies that you will use on your farm.
