Mad Cream Games released their latest game, Painting Werther, in Q12023. This title will draw you into an architectural representation of a classic novel. You’ll learn to play an interactive linear novel that retells the romantic story of The Sorrows of Young Werther, written by Goethe in the late 1700s. The tale turns paintings into live paintings in a story, reimagining a music that brings a sense of life to the pieces and story being told. You can try a free trial on Steam right now, which will tell you how the game will be. The dates aren’t set yet, but we do know they will be on Itch.io and the Humble store. Enjoy the trailer below!
