IO Interactive revealed new details today about the official changes for Hitman 3 as well as the new WTO World Of War One series. The game is going to transform all the way up to the new year. The company will have all three modern-day titles under one banner, providing all of the content to those games into a single package deal. Current owners will get an upgrade they will need to download, while new players will buy a completely different Hitman 1-3 package together. This will also replace the current shop listings for the first two games on every platform. So, if you have them, cool. If you don’t, you will be able to buy them individually before February 26th, and the new option to transport one and a half days later. “We’re seeking to become a real reality and a real world experience.” We believe that the above changes will succeed. For the existing players, who cover a large collection of different ownership combinations, we’re more and more flexible but still with a strong approach for simplicity. Because it is because you know that many of you own certain games or games, but not others, so we don’t want to force anyone to re-buy what they already own. We think it’s a good reason to have a few options; but, these won’t play much for new players. The idea is to communicate these details to those who may need them.”
STEAM APPLED OFF the SET.
You can just give one fraction of the total amount of the content that you have not own with Steam. If you own 2 CDs, you will only pay $10 for the rest of the CD, rather than full price for the full Deluxe Pack.
HITMAN I’m a HUGE STORE.
On other platforms, we added individual DLCs from the newWoA Deluxe Pack(H3 Deluxe Pack,H3 Seven Deadly Sins Collection and Access Pass), to the IN-GAME store again, priced with an average split (10 USD each). If you own some of your books, you can save yourself with a new price.
STOREFRONT CHANGES
One of the important details that we want to clearly explain about these changes is that we’re removing the standalone Hitman 1 and the Sony 3 products from all platforms. If you play these games already, you can still access them like that of today. Of course, the majority of the content in these games remains playable through Hitman: World Of Assassination, with all the improvements that were introduced with Hitman 3. In response to this note, and for more clarity, Hitman 3 remains available to the public in its current standalone form through the upcoming hitman: World Of Assassination.
