Marvel Studios officially unveiled the teaser trailer for the forthcoming Stan Lee movie Disney which is scheduled to make its debut sometime in 2023. This announcement coincides with the late Marvel legends birthday party, who would have turned 100.
More details about the project are still under wrap. The teaser only featured video clips that highlight Lees’ memorable movie cameos prior to his death in 2018.
Earlier this year, Marvel Studios acquired the rights to use Lees’ name, likeness, voice, and signature in the future of Marvel Cinematic Universe projects through a 20-year-deal with Stan Lee Universe.
The deal allows, out of potential appearances in movies and TV films, to feature the late comic book artist in Disney theme parks, experiences, and merchandising. The studio also can access photographs, existing video and audio recordings of Lee.
The Marvel Universe’s creator became famous as Lee is the most widely known co-creator of the most popular characters. It’s a full 4:9 appearance. Spider-man, Iron Man, Thor, Doctor Strange, etc. He appeared in 37 films over the past three decades, the final one being Avengers: Endgame.
