Teamfight Tactics (TFT) Set 8 added 118 new augments to TFT on top of the pre-existing 170+ augments. Choosing the best magnification can be difficult with such a large selection. We are here to help you with that.

Best TFT Boosts for January 2023

Here are the top 10 TFT Set 8 and Patch 13.1 boosts for the month of January 2023 that will help you end up with a spot at the top.

    10. Brilliant

If you place Urgot on your board, his last will dig up a treasure chest of the board, which can contain gold and items. Urgot is a 5 cost champion with the Threat trait. These champions are already very strong on their own, even if they don’t have synergy with other champions, so if he gets this boost early, he’s off to a great start.

    9. The Golden Egg

The Golden Egg augment is a throwback to Set 5, which had the Draconic trait. This increase allows you to have a golden egg that spawns in your bank and hatches to give you loot. The bigger the egg, the longer it will take to hatch and the better the loot.

    8. Clear mind

If you have no champions on your bench at the end of each round, you will earn 3 XP. If you are someone who likes to keep a clean bank, then the Clear Mind augment will help you level up faster.

    7. Endless Pizza

If you place Sivir on your board, she heals your team for 15% of their missing health, as well as getting rid of all debuffs of your champions every six seconds. Sivir possesses both civilian and pet traits. Putting her on the field with Galio and other pets will give you a team that keeps healing.

    6. Cruel Pact

The Cruel Pact augmentation allows you to pays six health points for XP instead of gold. However, you also heal 3 health if you survive a round. So if you’re someone who trusts their opening and hits a winning streak, this boost will allow you to level up very quickly without losing any gold.

    5. scammer

Instead of receiving interest, Hustler allows you to have 3 gold after each round. Interest is based on total rounds won (or lost). So if you’re not really sure if you’ll sustain a winning streak, then your safest bet is to go for the Hustler raise.

    4. Joker Crest

The Prankster Crest will give you a Emblem Joker and Jinx. Jinx also has the Anima Squad. And understandably, many people prefer Anima Squad because it’s a powerful trait with attack damage and ability power. Prankster, combined with Anima Squad, gives you a very strong combo.

    3. Mercenary Rabbit

Miss Fortune is a very popular champion to play. Not only is she an Anima Squad, but she’s also an Ace, allowing her to run champions. She is also very powerful and is about to be a bit OP. Bunny Mercenary’s augmentation allows his latter covers a larger area, also shielding her with 250 health for 2 seconds. This increase also gives you a copy of Miss Fortune, helping you get two stars.

    2. March of Progress

Normally you have the chance to use 4 gold to buy 4 XP and also you only get 2 XP each round. This increase removes the ability to purchase XP. Instead it gives you 5 XP each round instead of 2. This is really useful as it prevents you from spending all your gold leveling up too quickly and allows you to focus on leveling up your units. However, after this increase, you cannot use gold to buy XP for the rest of the game. So if you are someone who likes to level up as soon as you can afford it, this boost is not for you.

    1. Anima Squad Crown

If you’ve read numbers 3 and 4 on this list, you know exactly why this is number 1. Anima Squad is a very powerful trait. Gives you stacking attack damage and ability power. The Anima Squad crown offers you a Anima Squad emblem, Ionic Spark and a copy of Riven. This is all to ensure that your Miss Fortune carry comp wins the game.

All of these boosts have the highest pick and win rates among TFT players for the month of January. That will surely change with the next update, but if you end up hitting these comps now, you just might get a spot at the top.
