Have you ever wished to see Call of Duty Zombies in the Modern Warfare universe? Well, your dreams are about to come true as it’s all but confirmed that the fan-favorite game mode is coming to Modern Warfare 3, the 2023 installment in the FPS franchise.
Is Zombies coming to Modern Warfare 3?
Yes, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will feature a Zombies game mode alongside Multiplayer and Campaign. More specifically, the Outbreak mode from Black Ops Cold War will be available for play this year as per rumors. Although this information hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, players are getting an audio file from the CoD marketing team that proves this news to be true.
The recent Makarov reveal trailer had a hidden contact number +1 (202) 918-3022, which basically is another marketing portal for the upcoming Call of Duty game. If you text “zombies” to this number, you’ll get an automated reply of an audio clip with zombie noises.

What maps are coming to Modern Warfare 3 at launch?
All 16 maps from the original Modern Warfare 2 (2009), will be available at launch in Modern Warfare 3. If you text the names of all these maps from the original MW2 to the same number, you’ll get the map names in reply with a location emoji as you can see in the tweet below by CharlieINTEL.
