Samsung unveils Galaxy A14 5G 200 smartphone with 90Hz FHD+ screen and 13MP selfie camera

    Samsung introduced the cheap Galaxy A14 5G smartphone. The novelty does not look like the previous Galaxy A13, but this compares favourably to the new one with a better display and a more advanced front camera.

    The Galaxy A14 5G is equipped with an IPS display of 6.6-inch resolution, which can exceed 2220 1080 pixels, and a refresh rate of 90Hz. Recall that the screen of Galaxy A13 5G was released in 2011, with the same refresh rate, but still its resolution is only 1600 720 pixels. The Galaxy A14 5G is powered by a 750 octa-core chipset. The two cores in Cortex, A76 and A75 at two 200 and A55 at 2000. The smartphone also has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of hard drive. The volume of these computers can be increased thanks to the microSD memory cards.

    A three-camera system is installed on the back. This is a 50-megapixel main unit, a 2-megapixel sensor, which collects information about the depth of the scene, and a 2-megapixel multipurpose module. This front camera is represented by a 13-megapixel sensor with 2 optics. The fingerprint scanner is placed on the side of the case.

    This device has a 5000 mAh battery. It supports a 15W charging. The smartphone is running the Android 13 operating system with one UI5 firmware. The novelty has a new Bluetooth 5.2 protocol, compared to the last-year model.

    The Galaxy A14 5G will be available from the 1st of January. For the USA, the device was priced at $200, a $50 decrease than last years model. In Europe, the smartphone will arrive within the next few months, said Samsung’s Spanish office. He didn’t specify on his behalf what cost of any new items was.
