    • Adventure is hard work, so why not let the money come to you instead?
    • A Merchant’s Story lets you play the role of a shopkeeper slash adventurer.
    • Build your shop and craft new items with loot from your adventures!

Ah, RPGs, the unbridled joy of slaughtering your enemies, looting specially-inhabited tombs and then destroying supernatural ecosystems. But what if you’re tired of senseless violence? What if you instead took the easier, more profitable route and got the money you have instead?

The new game Royal Revolt: A Trader’s Tale, that’s all. Based on Royal Revolt 1 and 2, this newly released title lets you take on the role of both a trader and an adventurer. Set up your shop, make dough with customers in fun mini-games and craft items. But don’t worry for the thrill seekers, because just sitting in your shop won’t do, you’ll also have to take on the role of an adventurer, delving into the aforementioned dungeons and looting items. For help, recruit your party to help you on your quest!

Royal Revolt: A Trader’s Tale is now on Google Play.

    Money, money, money

Imperial Rebellion: A Merchant’s Tale is an innovative, but not a new concept. We get some shades of new titles like Potionomics (thanks to the haggling mini-games, crafting and creating your own shop) and Stardew Valley (funnily enough, because of the adventure aspect). Both of these definitely appeal to players who like the action and simulation aspects, but we can’t help but feel that one can pull off the other.

Still, if you want to try it out for yourself, Royal Revolt: A Trader’s Tale is now available on Google Play!
