Mortal Kombat 1 is arriving soon, and if you play on PC you will be wondering about the Mortal Kombat 1 system requirements, as well as the minimum and recommended specs needed.

Fighting games aren’t traditionally the most intensive games in the world, but the game isn’t being released on the previous gen of consoles, so it may require some power.

The game is a reboot for the series, although it will continue Liu Kang’s story from Mortal Kombat 11, as he resets the timeline.

This means that despite seeing a lot of familiar faces, we are getting fresh takes on characters we have known for years. Fortunately, we can expect the same amount of gore as always – the series is still sticking to its core identity.

With that in mind, here is everything you need to know about Mortal Kombat 1’s system requirements.

The key thing you will want here, especially if you’re planning on taking Mortal Kombat online, is a good framerate so the game looks as slick as possible. Mortal Kombat is always a nice-looking game too, and from what we have seen from Mortal Kombat 1 so far it is no different.

Mortal Kombat 1 recommended system requirements

    • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
    • OS: Windows 10/11 64-bit

The specs for Mortal Kombat 1 look to be very manageable, and any relatively new PC should be able to fly through the game without any issues, even on the recommended settings. One thing that is worth noting is just how much storage the game will require though. 100 GB is a hefty game, and although this is subject to change, it looks like some space will need to be cleared on your hard drive.
