Vaults are my favorite places to get high-level loot, and fortunately, there are plenty of new vaults popping up around the map in Chapter 4 Season 4, like the Eclipsed Estate vault. Although there is still a vault in MEGA City, things have changed a bit from past seasons. There is a new location and process to obtain the vault key, but don’t worry; We have all the details for you below on how you can enter this vault successfully!
Where is the Vault in Mega City in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4?
After jumping off the bus over MEGA City, you’ll want to try flying to the city ​​center and locate this building shown above. The vault is located in this building, with the red character holograms about it.
After acquiring the key card, you must visit the vault. The vault is located inside the building, heavily guarded by some NPCs. You can find it by breaking the cracked wall in the elevator shaft with a Rocket Ram or heading through the door to the left of the elevators, at the bottom of the stairs. Watch out for the cameras and turret mounted on the wall at the vault entrance.
Inside the vault, you’ll find some epic chests, along with Slurp Barrels, Gold Ingots, and other high-level weapons. Unlike past seasons, this vault no longer contains Mythic weapons, but it’s still worth it for other loot. However, to enter this vault, you will need to obtain the key card and to do so, you must defeat the boss NPC The Dealer and obtain the MEGA City key card.

How to Get the MEGA City Vault Key Card in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4
The Distributor NPC He’ll be hanging around the same building the vault is in, and with him, a nice squad of guards. You will have to defeat The Dealer to obtain the key card needed to unlock the vault. I suggest finding a safe place where you can take out the guards first and then focus on the boss. As usual, he has a shield line that you must break first before damaging his health.
The key card will fall to the ground when you defeat him and you can pick it up to place in one of the slots in your inventory. Return to the vault entrance, use the keypad to unlock the vault, and start looting.
You’ll always want to keep an eye out for other players while doing this. They can easily get behind you when you least expect it, or come to kill you while you’re focused on the boss. Eliminate them to ensure you claim the loot for yourself!
