If you want to hire a Ranch Hand in Chestnut Ridge, look up the Community Board. You can also do this if you have used build/buy mode to put a Community Board in any other world. Click on the board and choose the option that says hire ranch hand. This will redirect you to do it on your Sim’s phone.

Alternatively, you can directly use your Sim’s phone to hire a Ranch Hand. Do this by going to the Home tab on your phone and scrolling down to Get Service. Then click on that and choose ranch hand.

How much money does a Ranch Hand cost in Sims 4?

Fortunately, hiring a Ranch Hand won’t cost you too many Simeoleons. A Ranch Hand will take you a initial fee of 100 simoleons. After that it will cost you 12 simoleons for every hour who employs Ranch Hand.
