Much of the gameplay of Marvel’s Midnight Suns takes place in and around the Abbey. In addition to serving as a base of operations, it also hides many secrets that you will discover during the game. But to get to some areas, you will have to unlock them. You will need four Marvel Midnight Sun Lunar Seals to open the barriers that lead to new areas. How to get words of power in Marvels Midnight Suns
Unlocking Words of Power takes time, as each challenge requires a certain level of experience. If you are not strong enough, you will not be able to get them all. The idea behind this is to slow down your exploration so that you can’t rush it. You will need to acquire Power Words in this order: Open, Reveal, Purify, and Break, as each one unlocks a specific part of the map.
How to get Open Word of Power in Marvels Midnight Suns
To get Open Word of Power in Marvel’s Midnight Suns, you need to talk to Agatha Harkness. She will give you the task to find Words of Power. The first one is Open, and to get it, you will need to do the following:
- open the door of blood
- Enter the cavern of Oshtur
- Place Moon Seal on the column to activate the Challenge Mission.
- Start the first Challenge mission in Marvel’s Midnight Suns.
- Defeat Lilith’s demons called Lillin. You will have your hellhound Charlie by your side, so use his power as much as you can.

How to get Reveal Power Word in Marvels Midnight Suns
To get Reveal Word of Power in Marvel’s Midnight Suns, you must first collect all of the elemental rods to get another Lunar Seal. To start the quest, head to the War Room in the Abbey and open the Library doors. After talking to Agatha, visit these elemental rod locations.

- air rod It is located in the Whispering Wood.
- Ground rod can be found in the tomb of Hunter’s Folly.
- fire rod It is located in the Abbey Chapel.
- water bar it is located by the pool to the west of the Abbey.
Place the rods on the pillars near Agatha’s Altar and you will get a Moon Seal. Head to the Blood Gate location north of the Standing Stones (you can fast travel there). Open the door and begin the Trial of the Elder Gods: Atum.
How to complete the Reveal Word Challenge quest in Midnight Suns
In this Challenge mission, your goal is to survive four turns. To do so, focus on killing Lillin and ignore the Guardians. If Charlie is knocked unconscious, he revives her, as she may take some of the damage to keep you alive. Then, she uses Reveal Power Word to get out of the cave.

How to get Purify Word of Power in Marvels Midnight Suns
Follow these steps to get Purify Word of Power at Marvel’s Midnight Suns:
- Head to the Valley of the Winds, north of the second Gate of Blood.
- Follow the path until you reach Hiram Shaw Church.
- Use the open word of power to unlock the doors.
- In the next room, use Reveal Power Word.
- Use Open WoP to unlock the door leading to the backyard.
- Inspect the glowing room.
- Talk to Dr Strange.
- Continue the regular missions until you face Venom. Defeat him to get a sample of the symbiote.
- Dr. Strange will use it to create an item that will break the protection in Hiram Shaw’s church.
- Locate three witch covens and recover stained floor each place. Coven A It is located near the Standing Stones. Coven B is located nearby stone terracewhile the third is located at the end of the stream to the west of the Abbey.
- Bring stained dirt back to Agatha and head to the hanging tree west of Shaw’s Church, near the graveyard.
- Use Reveal Word of Power to find the Lunar Seal.
- Find the third Gate of Blood on the southeast corner map in Everflowing Glade.
- Complete Trial of the Elder Gods: Hyppus challenge mission.
How to complete the Purify Word Challenge quest in Marvels Midnight Suns
You will need to be at least level 12 to survive the Purify Word of Power Challenge quest. The goal is the same as before: survive four turns, but with a twist. This time, focus on Dark Legion units, which can duplicate enemies. Of course, regularly taking down those pesky dogs increases your chances of survival.

How to get Break Word of Power in Marvels Midnight Suns
You will need three Moon Seal shards to get Break Word of Power at Marvel’s Midnight Suns. The first shard is located to the north of the Garden of Envy, while the second is to the east of the Garden of Envy. Finally, the third fragment can be found to the west of the Everflowing Glade. After collecting Moon Seal shards, follow these steps to get Break Word of Power:
- Talk to Agatha in Lilith’s Garden west of the Garden of Envy.
- Go to Agatha’s cabin and find a flower.
- Return to the Library to get the Lunar Seal.
- Visit the final Gate of Blood, located north of the Garden of Lilith.
- Complete Trial of the Elder Gods: Set challenge mission.
How to complete the Break Word Challenge quest in Marvels Midnight Suns
Reach at least level 16 to survive the Break Word of Power Challenge mission. Here you will meet a new enemy called Revenant, who heals enemies. Focus on killing them fast before it restores their health. Use unique cards and combat items to survive. Prepare for failure until you find the right combination of skills that boost the hero’s attributes and items. After completing the challenge, place the Seal of the Moon to acquire the Breaking Power Word.
