Obtaining the Salamanther Stormhide in WoW Dragonflight
Surprisingly, for how cool the Stormhide Salamanther looks, the effort to obtain it is minimal. It only takes one requirement to get it, and it’s purchased from a vendor, making the need for luck a non-factor:
- Elemental Overflow 2000x – Gained from killing enemies within the radius of any Primal Storm
Elemental Overflow is an item with a 100% drop rate from all enemies within a Primal Storm. Enemies that drop the coin always drop it in quantity, which means the farming process for elemental overflow is simplistic. 2000x of the coin is a lot, and it can take a bit of time to gather, but it’s guaranteed, something that can’t always be said about many other mounts in Dragonflight.
Once you’ve collected 2000x Elemental Overflow, head over to Valdrakken and talk to Primal Researcher’s Apprentice Mythressa. Mythressa can be found on the northeastern outskirts of the Obsidian Enclave. Change the overflow and enjoy your shiny new mount!
