World of Warcraft’s Dragonflight expansion has no shortage of great content, not least of which is a spate of new mounts. There’s something for everyone, from mounts that come with a subscription to those that are earned through blood, sweat, and tears. The Hailstorm Armoredon is an ice-encrusted behemoth that will only bow to the most determined. This is where to find it.
Where to find the Hailstorm Armoredon mount in WoW Dragonflight
To obtain the Hailstorm Armoredon mount, players must obtain the Dragonflight Keystone Master: Season One achievement. This requires players to have a Mythic+ rating of at least 2000 during the first season of Dragonflight.

Reaching a score of 2000 for this particular mount is the second highest reward a player can earn. Rewards start at 750 points and go up to 2500 points. Once a player reaches the 2000 point mark, he is only one step away from reaching the top tier in terms of available upgrades. 2000 points can also nab players with iLvl 411 gear, which is only one level behind iLvl 415 gear.
Running Mythic+ content is a great way to prepare for raids and rewards like Hailstorm Armoredon just sweeten the pot. While it is a very interesting ground mount, we were hoping that Blizzard would have made a new dragon-riding mount available as a reward. Maybe we are too impatient.
