The MW3 Season 3 Reloaded update has brought a lot of new content to Zombies mode. This includes three new schematics for the Dead Wire Detonator, the Gold Mask Filter, and the Sergeant’s Beret. Here’s how to get these schematics in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies.
MW3 Zombies: How to Find the Dead Wire Detonator, Gold Mask Filter, and Sergeant’s Beret Schematics
The three schematics for the Dead Wire detonators, the gold mask filter, and the sergeant’s beret can be found as Possible rewards for completing contracts in the Third Zone of the Dark Aether. The Third Rift of the Dark Aether is located in the E4 coordinates of the map of Urzikstan. It is near the place of expulsion from the Union mission.
To unlock the Third Rift of the Dark Aether, you will first need to complete the Union quest, obtain the four Easter eggs, one of which is the Giraffe Toy, and upgrade them to a golden rarity (the Giraffe Toy is already upgraded).
Then, place them and the permanent entrance to the Third Dark Aether Zone will be unlocked. You will be able to enter the Third Zone of the Dark Aether and complete contracts to obtain the three schematics as possible rewards.
What is the Dead Wire detonator scheme in MW3 Zombies?
Dead Wire Detonators schematics add the Dead Wire ammo effect to your explosive weapons, including launchers and lethals. This would be particularly useful when facing the new Disciple variants in Dark Aether, as well as regular hordes of zombies.

What is the Golden Mask filter scheme in MW3 Zombies?
The Golden Mask filter helps the gas mask regenerate itself. This is particularly useful when entering Aether Nests and Infected Fortresses around Urzikstan. Your current mask will still break if you use up its charge completely. Then, you will have to find another mask and apply the filter again.
What is the sergeant’s beret scheme in MW3 Zombies?
The third and final scheme is the sergeant’s beret scheme, which is more unique compared to the other two above. This will disguise you as a mercenary soldier and you will also have an allied soldier who will act as your bodyguard and help you in encounters.
